The finishing process sets it apart—using toasted French oak staves, a technique inspired by fine European spirits, we introduce a layer of complexity that elevates the whiskey’s precision. By carefully adjusting the surface contact and toast level, we draw out nuanced flavors without overwhelming with tannins.
